Description
Close your eyes, breathe deep and prepare to be transported to nonna’s kitchen. There’s alluring thyme, oregano, sugo, white pepper and charcuterie on the nose and dark berry and plum flavours below. A hint of spice, a strong pat on the back of tannin and mouth-watering acid keeps the layers of flavour in order. This is a serious wine for lovers of gutsy shiraz. Great with a steaming bowl of bolognaise or beef ragu.
